SITE SUPERVISOR (SELANGOR & PENANG)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure project work is carried out in the most economical and effective manner.
• Ensure proper planning of site work and carry out work on schedule.
• Supervise to achieve quality of works and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Attend briefings and site meetings.
• Able to respond and handle circumstances requiring prompt action, especially for emergency jobs.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all work and workers at the site.
• Coordinate and monitor site workers’ progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures within the timeline.
• Liaise and coordinate with architects, the main contractor, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure overall progress as scheduled.
• Prepare site documentation (progress reports, inspections, testing, daily records, minutes) as required.
• Able to plan and organize site work independently.
• Prepare requisitions for materials and ensure all material deliveries to site are aligned with purchase orders.
• Check deliveries of goods and reject materials at site.
