Solution Architect – Telco

We're hiring an experienced

Solution Architect (Telecom)

to lead the design of cutting-edge digital, OSS / BSS, cloud-native, and IoT solutions for telecom clients. This role demands 15+ years in IT / telecom, strong expertise in 4G / 5G, cloud platforms, and the ability to drive scalable, secure architectures across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end technology solutions tailored for telecommunications clients, including Digital, OSS / BSS systems, cloud-native platforms, and IoT integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, engineering, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop high-level architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during the Delivery process, including responding to RFPs, conducting technical workshops, and delivering presentations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to telecommunications to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on architectural best practices, integration approaches, and risk mitigation.
• Support implementation teams during deployment phases by providing architectural oversight and troubleshooting support.
• Drive continuous improvement in solution architecture practices and contribute to the development of reusable architecture frameworks and tools.

Qualifications

15+ years

in IT / telecommunications, with at least

10+ years

as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
