Australasia experience in international Airbnb property management achieving superior rental yields for property owners has led us with an exponential growth in successfully managing 150+ properties, hotels and resorts across 6 cities. RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and categorize all income, operating expenses, and owner-related transactions with precision and timeliness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders. Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in line with company policies. Ensure timely disbursement of payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers. Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and manage aging reports. Calculate and process owner payouts, management fees, service charges, and commissions. Coordinate monthly settlement cycles and ensure accurate disbursements and reporting. Reconcile daily and monthly bank transactions with Airbnb and other booking platform payouts. Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, or posting errors efficiently. Maintain well-organized financial documentation to support audits and internal reviews. Assist with tax submissions, statutory financial reporting, and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities, inefficiencies, and trends across building operations. Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for new property acquisitions or project expansions. REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA / CPA or a related field. At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or property management. Good command of English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines SALARY & BENEFITS
