Position Title : Outlet Manager – Fine Dining (Pepper)

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager with a fine dining background to lead our Pepper team to the highest standards of excellence.

Job Summary

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, service quality, and profitability of Pepper. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for fine dining, and the ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain and uphold fine dining service standards in line with brand expectations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu presentation, food quality, and service excellence.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve budgeted financial performance.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for operational needs.
  • Develop and implement service procedures and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate and manage private dining events and special promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
