Responsibilities

1. Handle Litigation & Dispute Resolution matters : You will be working on legal disputes, both in court (litigation) and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g., arbitration).

2. Draft legal documents and perform legal research : Strong drafting and analytical skills are required to prepare legal opinions, court submissions, contracts, etc.

3. Work independently and in a team : Manage cases on your own but also collaborate with others, including partners and colleagues.

4. Engage in a variety of contentious legal work : Areas include commercial litigation, international arbitration, corporate disputes, restructuring & insolvency, employment disputes, tax issues, fraud & asset recovery.

5. Commit to professional growth : Show interest in developing your litigation and dispute resolution skills further.

6. Receive direct mentorship and guidance : Work under experienced partners and gain hands‑on legal exposure.
