Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to assist with weekend operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking for part-time experience and professional development in client servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Call, message, and email client leads provided by the firm.
  • Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and viewings.
  • Maintain polite, professional communication at all times.
  • Support light administrative tasks (recording leads, updating details).

Requirements

  • Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Confident phone etiquette and good communication skills.
  • Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 9am–6pm).
  • Professional appearance required (formal attire : collared shirt, long pants, and tie).
  • Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
