Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to assist with weekend operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking for part-time experience and professional development in client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Call, message, and email client leads provided by the firm.
• Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and viewings.
• Maintain polite, professional communication at all times.
• Support light administrative tasks (recording leads, updating details).
