Job Summary
This role involves supervising warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily activities, including inventory management and timely order fulfillment. It offers an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehousing and outbound operations to maintain accuracy and integrity of goods.
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Process customer orders according to SOP to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor order progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration, or related fields preferred.At least 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.Familiarity with warehouse procedures, standards, and management systems; proficient in office software.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.Skills
