Warehouse Operation Lead

• Plan and monitor effective and on-time end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inbound, cross check, racking, picking, packing, outbound.
• Arrange & coordinate to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
• Train new teammates for warehouse operations.
• Monitor, resolve, and report daily fulfillment statuses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for fulfillment-related questions.
• Discuss, plan, standby, and execute support during sales peak seasons.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Capable of problem-solving and detail-oriented.
• Prepare and report to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Notice :

1. It’s a four-day work week, on a rotating shift basis. Working hours are from 8 : 30 a.m. to 8 : 30 p.m., with one hour for rest.

2. If you pass the interview, there will be a three-day probationary period. After passing, you need to onboard within one month. A one-year service agreement will be signed.
