Responsibilities
Content Creation Develop engaging, persuasive, and original content across digital platforms – including website copy, blog articles, email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, and award-related branding materials. Brand Storytelling Craft authentic narratives and impactful brand stories that clearly communicate the customer’s value proposition – especially in contexts like media publicity, international awards, and certification recognition. Editorial Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, align strategies, and confirm article to publish with clients. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign timelines. Editing & Proofreading Review content for clarity, grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure high editorial standards across all output. Tool Usage & Innovation Leverage tools like ChatGPT and Canva to enhance content creation speed, format diversity, and creativity – while maintaining originality and human-centric storytelling. Bilingual Communication Translate and localize content between English and Mandarin Chinese, ensuring clarity, cultural appropriateness, and impact for audiences in Malaysia, Singapore, China, and the broader SEA region. Qualifications
Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital storytelling (preferably in branding, marketing, or media fields). Strong command of both English and Mandarin (written). Ability to understand different brand tones and adapt accordingly. Familiarity with digital content tools : ChatGPT, Canva, Google Docs, etc. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in media-related writing, brand / award documentation, or cross-border content localization is a strong plus. Benefits
