Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is a must ).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and clerical functions.
  • Proficient in e-invoicing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Handle daily sales closing and reporting .
  • Prepare, process, and manage e-invoicing in compliance with company standards.
  • Update and maintain inventory records accurately.
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and clerical tasks assigned by management.
