HR Responsibilities :
- Support Payroll processing for MY and Singapore
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding
- Support work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters
- Maintain accuracy of employee records, including all other HR related documents
- Organizing Company Events and staff wellbeing activities
- Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and claims
Administration Responsibilities :
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenanceSupport Issuance of PO / PR for office (non-fleet)Perform any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superiorQualifications :
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Human Resource or equivalentAt least 4 years of HR & Admin related working experienceAttentive to details, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and willing to take up new challengesExperience in SAP will be added advantageWhy Join Us Today?
