Job descriptionManage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance Support Issuance of PO / PR for office (non-fleet) Perform any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Human Resource or equivalent At least 4 years of HR & Admin related working experience Attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and willing to take up new challenges Experience in SAP will be added advantage Guidance provided - Supportive environment with on-the-job training 5 working days only - Work life balance Free Parking

HR Responsibilities :
- Support Payroll processing for MY and Singapore
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding
- Support work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters
- Maintain accuracy of employee records, including all other HR related documents
- Organizing Company Events and staff wellbeing activities
- Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and claims
