Team Leader for STR products

Role Duties and Responsibilities : Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Role Duties and Responsibilities： Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.

Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.

Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS etc.

Planning of journey plan.

Conduct monthly "one-to-one" / tag-along coaching & mentoring with team members.

Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.

Conduct on-boarding training to new members.

Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.

Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser.  Regular visit to key outlet buyers.

Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.

Weekly alignment meeting with Area Sales Manager on the stock arrangement.
