Effluent Treatment Plant

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum High School / Technical Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in wastewater treatment / effluent treatment plant operation, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry. Knowledge of water / wastewater treatment processes and related environmental regulations. Familiarity with pumps, valves, chemical handling, and laboratory testing procedures. Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in shifts.
Job Description :
- Operate and monitor all units of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and control systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor water quality parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, oil & grease, etc.) through on-site testing and laboratory sampling.
- Record and maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and data for regulatory and company compliance.
- Report any abnormalities, equipment failures, or process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental standards, and safe work practices at all times.
