Penerangan pekerjaanLead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent Drive talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance cycles Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs Coach managers and employees on career development Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment Plan and execute employee engagement and communication initiatives Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policies Continuously improve HR systems and operational processes Ensure adherence to OSH regulations and company safety standards Coordinate safety audits, training, and reporting Promote a culture of health and safety Lead HR improvement initiatives and support group-level projects Maintain and update the employee handbook Manage the annual HR budget and monitor key HR metrics Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 6–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist roles Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience in employee engagement and internal communications Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable Willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur monthly

This role is key to aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You'll be a trusted partner to leadership and a champion for our people.

- Provide strategic HR input for business transformation projects
