We are a well-established and expanding company specializing in industrial filtration solutions for a wide range of industries. We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and operational needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Perform daily office and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Assist in answering and handling phone inquiries professionally in English
- Prepare written business documents in English, including quotations, delivery orders, invoices, emails, and related documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records
- Support daily operations, sales coordination, data entry, inventory tracking, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum STPM or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and any other software (MS Office, email, data entry)Proficiency in SQL is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood speaking and writing skills in EnglishWell-organized and able to manage time wellWilling to learn, work independently, and support a teamExperience in admin or clerical work is an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Benefits
