About Us :

We are a well-established and expanding company specializing in industrial filtration solutions for a wide range of industries. We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and operational needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily office and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in answering and handling phone inquiries professionally in English
  • Prepare written business documents in English, including quotations, delivery orders, invoices, emails, and related documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records
  • Support daily operations, sales coordination, data entry, inventory tracking, and general administrative duties.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum STPM or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and any other software (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English
  • Well-organized and able to manage time well
  • Willing to learn, work independently, and support a team
  • Experience in admin or clerical work is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
