• Analyse business needs and develop tailored HR solutions to drive business outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
