Coselec Sdn. Bhd. is a branch office of Coselec Pvt Ltd, Singapore, the leading distributor of technologically advanced security products in the Asia Pacific region. Representing top German manufacturer deister electronic GmbH, Coselec offers a range of innovative security solutions including Proxsafe RFID Key Management System, Textile Cabinet and Datalog RFID Guard Tour System.

Role Description

This is an system support role for a Technician / Engineer at Coselec Sdn. Bhd. located in Puchong. The Technician / Engineer will be involved in installation, testing and commissioning, after sales support, marketing strategy development, and customer service activities on-site.

Education & Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Internship or basic IT support or ELV experience is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, SQL, Postgres.

Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, LAN / Wi-Fi.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Able to work independently or within a team.

Other Requirements

Own transportation (car preferred) and valid driving license.

Willing to travel to client locations as required.

Language

Proficiency in English and Malay is required.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
