About the role

Join the dynamic team at Seni Bahagia Sdn Bhd as a Junior Construction Site Supervisor based in the vibrant location of Batu Ferringhi, Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in its construction and development operations.

Job Scope :

  • Assist in supervising daily site operations
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and company policies
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the management
  • Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm , Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of site experience are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and project coordination
  • Familiarity with site documentation and progress reporting
  • Ability to read construction drawings and plans
  • Willing to work on-site and monitor daily activities
  • Responsible, proactive, a team player and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Good attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn
