Site Supervisor

Overview

As a Site Supervisor at T&T PLUMBING AND SANITARY, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. This full-time position is based in Bukit Mertajam Penang and requires an experienced professional who can effectively manage teams, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including plumbers, electricians, and labourers
• Oversee the daily operations and progress of construction projects
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the projects
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
