Engineer I, Facilities Engineering
involves : Responsibility for the Electrical & Power Systems of the plant, inclusive of HVAC, Process Utilities (CDA, Process Vacuum, Process Gasses and Liquid Nitrogen) and Fire Protection System. Close monitoring of the systems to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of production. Ensuring planned maintenance is executed effectively and in accordance with Authority regulations, Engineering Standards, and Safety Standards. Working closely with internal customers on new process introduction and tool hook-up activities, executing projects including design, procurement, and installation work. Supervising and implementing QAQC on contractor activities to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Implementing energy efficient and energy saving initiatives. Maintaining proper documentation systems to ensure ongoing activities are updated in as-built drawings and documents. AutoCAD competency is required. Experience working in a cleanroom environment. Analyzing problems and producing designs to solve them. Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals. Working within budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time. Allocating resources and time effectively. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Attending meetings and providing input and updates. Analyzing data to write up reports and communicating with staff, directors, and clients.
