Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the long‑term vision and growth strategy for all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Hands‑On Operational Management : Oversee day‑to‑day operations with active involvement to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent quality across all outlets.
• Revenue Growth & Marketing : Drive top‑line growth through innovative marketing strategies, menu development, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Business Expansion : Identify and execute opportunities for new outlets, partnerships, and market entry, supporting sustainable business growth.
• Brand & Market Leadership : Strengthen the company’s market position through brand development, differentiation, and enhanced customer experiences.
• Executive Team Leadership : Recruit, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
