What you'll be doing

Conceptualising and creating visually appealing, on-brand social media content including graphics, videos, and written posts

Managing and growing our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok

Monitoring social media trends and analytics to continuously improve content performance

Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Providing recommendations for social media campaigns and initiatives to drive audience engagement and reach

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media content creation or digital marketing or Fresh Graduate / Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Graphic Designing, Corporate Communications / Mass Communications, Multimedia or equivalent Required skill(s) are preferred.

Graphics design & Videography related applicants are encouraged.

Good copywriting skills and adaptive to different writing tones and styles are added advantage

Excellent creative and visual design skills, with proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar

Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling, engaging content and fluent in English.

Self-motivated and self-directed, always be adaptive to a fast-paced environment and company's KPI

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content formats

Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights
