Get To Know The Role

• Develop and execute test strategies and test cases to validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Design, develop and implement SQL scripts to perform QA on the data marts and output results as per the data requirements and data mapping.
• Perform data quality checks on incoming and outgoing data to identify data anomalies or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, business function teams and vendors to understand the data requirements, identify and troubleshoot data issues to complete the QA and resolve data issues / discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle using Jira and / or any defect tracking tool.
• Provide regular reports on defect status, testing progress, and data quality metrics to project stakeholders.
• Assess and perform data mapping to ensure seamless integration of various data sources in the data warehouse, with data consistency and accuracy.
• With a start-up mentality and able to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on and results oriented environment.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends and methodology in data quality assurance, testing and defects management.
