Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of the Food & Beverage service, implementation of and adherence to standards across the services within the scope of the role (kitchen, bar, restaurant, steward and wine adviser services).
- Ensure consistency in the guest offering (guest experience, personalisation, handling of complaints, etc.) in line with Club Med standards.
- Develop budget targets, and implement action plans to ensure achieving set targets.
- Manage, supervise and assist teams in terms of development and achieving qualitative and quantitative results.
- Ensure adherence to legal and commercial sales procedures in the resort and the appropriation thereof by the teams.
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, as well as maintenance of the resort\'s assets.
