Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support operations by working with external vendors to ensure seamless installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
• Administer company‑wide IT platforms, including Google Workspace and other critical business systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, manage procurement, and ensure cost‑effective technology solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end IT support functions, including the installation, configuration, monitoring, and management of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, as well as necessary upgrades and repairs.
• Provide technical support across the organization.
• Remediate detected vulnerabilities to uphold a high‑security standard.
• Stay abreast of IT security trends and news.
