Job description

Requirements :

This role would require Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills, both reading and writing.

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field.
Required language(s) : Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Read and write).
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (Call Center is advantageous).
Basic Salary based on experience.
Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs.
Computer literate.
Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Independent, proactive and self-driven.

Scopes :

To respond to queries from customers (members) who have acquired the products and services (including feedback, appointment queries and complaints according to the standard operating procedures set by the campaign).

To provide customers with product and service information.

To support via voice (calls).

To key in booking information of customers in the booking system.
