Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities in generating sales to maximize revenue so that agreed sales targets are achieved.
• Assist Management in increasing the Hotel / theme park’s profitability.
• Manage Corporate and TA accounts ensuring loyalty and continued support to our hotel and group.
• Comply with all Sales & Marketing Standard Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure the smooth running of sales & catering operations and report on competitor activities.
• Follow and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by the company and the hotel to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
• Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors / Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel / Theme Park Business.
• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the client company, its products and hospitality needs.
• Organize regular sales visits in accordance with a predetermined plan.
• Promote the hotel / theme park as often as possible through entertaining, conducting site inspections, and presentations, etc.
• Visit former, existing and potential clients to enter contracts with them, especially corporate accounts.
• Define client requirements clearly and ensure that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure all client feedback is taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
