Human Resource Executive

Requirements

• Education : Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer-literate.
• Other Skills :
• 1.Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• 2.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the organization.
• 3.Knowledge of statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).
• 4.Good understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory guidelines.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree
