Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive for Property Management Company

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Building up HR system for ~ 50 people sized company.

Support HR functions such as payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

What We Offer

Salary : RM 4,500 – RM 5,500.
