Overview

We are looking for a Producer to lead ToYm’s content productions — from micro dramas to advertising campaigns, short films, music videos, branded content, and corporate shoots .

The Producer will manage projects from concept to completion, balancing creative storytelling with business objectives, ensuring production quality, advertiser integration, and timely delivery across multiple platforms.

Job Description

• Oversee full-cycle production : pre-production, shooting, and post-production for micro dramas, ads, short films, and branded content.
• Plan and manage budgets, schedules, resources, and crews.
• Coordinate with directors, scriptwriters, cinematographers, wardrobe, and post-production teams.
• Ensure all shoots are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with writers and directors to develop engaging scripts and concepts.
• Provide creative input to enhance story impact, audience connection, and shareability.
• Innovate new formats and production approaches to strengthen ToYm’s content ecosystem.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to incorporate advertiser requirements (product placements, branded storylines, corporate messaging).
• Ensure seamless integration of brand elements without compromising content quality.
• Support Marketing team in maximizing reach and engagement through platform-optimized content.
• Oversee editing, sound design, subtitles, music scoring, and final mastering.
• Maintain consistent production standards aligned with ToYm’s brand identity.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, advertiser satisfaction) for each project.
