Contract : 1-Year Renewable (Open to Relocation)

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and coordinate IT changes through global processes and tools (ServiceNow).
• Host and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Ensure quality and compliance in change records, approvals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Support high-impact releases and post-implementation reviews.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT Change Management and IT Operations.
• Strong background in ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Fluent in English, with experience working in a global, matrix environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in coordinating across teams.
