Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Business Administration , or a related field. Proven experience in Product Lifecycle Management or Change Management , particularly involving technical or IT changes. Strong background in Operations with a blend of technical and commercial understanding . Excellent organizational navigation and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to problem-solving in a dynamic working environment. Excellent command of spoken and written English .
Senior Consultant – TCMG at HTC Global Services
Responsibilities
- Lead the Change Desk and manage technical changes through the Management of Change (MoC) system.
- Maintain and support regional hubs on MoC processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, and Azure DevOps ).
- Monitor, report, and follow up on MoC activities across hubs, ensuring visibility for management and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous development of MoC systems and processes in alignment with business needs.
- Define requirements for new tools and enablers to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness .
