Job Responsibilities

• Market Entry & Business Expansion : Develop and execute a successful market entry and expansion strategy in Malaysia.
• Operations & Team Leadership : Recruit, manage, and oversee the local team, including hiring, training, and performance management of key roles (RT, CS, Marketing).
• Business Development & Partnerships : Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and corporate clients.
• Financial & Performance Management : Set financial targets, manage budgets, and ensure profitability by optimizing operations and revenue streams.
• Marketing & Customer Growth : Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to attract users and recruit service providers.
• Regulatory Compliance & Legal Matters : Ensure compliance with business laws, licensing requirements, and labor regulations in Malaysia.
• Customer Experience & Service Quality : Monitor service quality, gather user feedback, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
