You will work closely with our talented chefs, gaining valuable experience and honing your culinary skills.Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily serviceMaintain a clean and organized work stationFollow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentAssist with stock control and inventory managementReceive and store deliveries appropriatelyPerform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment / culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plusBasic knowledge of culinary techniques and practicesStrong attention to detail and a passion for foodAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
