• Negotiate contracts and deals with vendors and suppliers to secure services for events.
• Assign roles and duties to banquet staff, including the assistant banquet manager, and ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee décor, layout, and setup to maintain the venue's luxurious appearance and atmosphere.
• Address guest requests and inquiries to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Manage the food and beverage sections efficiently, ensuring quality service throughout the event.
