Job descriptionCheerful, confident, and approachable with strong communication skills. Outgoing and comfortable with clinic visits and presentations. Self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule. Open to learning new dental knowledge (training provided). Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management is a plus, but not required. Flexible schedule : Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm (1-hour lunch), but you manage your own time to meet clinics and build relationships. Career growth : Gain knowledge in dentistry and new dental technologies. Ben K Dental Laboratory is looking for a friendly and motivated Relationship Executive (Dental) to strengthen our partnerships with dentists and support them with the latest dental solutions.
Your Main Tasks :
- Visit dental clinics regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Share and demo the latest dental technology with dentists and their teams.
- Provide dentists with price lists, product information, and updates.
- Support dentists by answering questions and providing after-service care.
- Act as the main link between clients and our internal team.
- Identify clinic needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Learn and grow your dental knowledge to engage confidently with clients.
- Keep track of visits, feedback, and progress with simple reports.
