KH Top Grand Marketing Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering top-quality products and services to our clients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations in our office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, documentation, and office coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
  • Support management with scheduling, record-keeping, and office organization.
  • Assist with basic accounting or inventory duties.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience : Some prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written).
  • Skills : Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Personal Traits : Strong attention to detail, responsible, and proactive.
  • Education : Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field preferred.
