Position Overview :
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative recruiting support
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT , EngineeringProven experience 3 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in Tech or Engineering fieldStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including ATS systems and LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for cultural fitHow to Apply :
