Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative recruiting support
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes
