Department : Pipeline & Subsea Reports To : HOD Pipeline & Subsea / Project Manager (For Projects) Primary Duties Lead the engineering team in the project Provide interface and coordination between project team and Client Check the engineering deliverables for correctness and completeness Lead the technical review meeting and close out all comments Manage and control the manpower and man-hour budget in the project Manage all design changes for approval by Client Manage, review and approve all 3rd party services technical work Review and approve detailed engineering deliverables Manage filing and archiving of technical document Undertake other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor Compliant to QHSSE elements in work activities Qualifications Experienced in detailed engineering projects Knowledge in international design codes for offshore pipelines such as ASME 31.4 and 31.8, DNV (OS F-101, F-103, F-104, F-105, F109), API, etc. Knowledge in flexible pipeline, deep water pipeline design, non-metallic pipeline and FEA. Good knowledge of procurement, fabrication, HU&C work. Knowledge of Safety and Quality Procedures.
