Job Summary :

A highly skilled Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution analysis. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving abilities, and proven expertise in supporting international sales and service processes. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and delivering clear and actionable documentation. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand process gaps and needs. Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Develop future-state process flows using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Analyze and support business operations related to international sales / service workflows.
• Work with global teams to streamline processes across multiple regions.
• Ensure alignment with business policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
