• Shape transformation stories, translate business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations, and compelling narratives.
• Lead client conversations, facilitate workshops, capture insights, and turn discussions into visual storylines and decision‑ready decks.
• Design the future state map, analyze current journeys, identify friction points, and build new blueprints for digital or AI‑powered services.
• Collaborate to deliver, partnering with designers, engineers, and change leads to bring ideas to life through prototypes and pilots.
• Communicate with impact : craft presentations that resonate at CxO level combining visuals, logic, and clarity.
