Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Benefits Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation and day-to-day administration of our diverse global benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator who excels at managing processes, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring a seamless and positive benefits experience for our employees worldwide. Responsibilities
Partner with the Global C&B team to support the implementation and ongoing administration of all global benefits programs, including commercial health insurance, wellness initiatives (e.g., health checks), meal vouchers, pension, and other local benefits. Manage the end-to-end process for new hire enrollments, qualifying movements / changes, and terminations globally. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all transactions with our vendors and internal systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, and Finance, to ensure all vendor contracts and renewals adhere to internal procurement protocols. Oversee and execute the vendor payment process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice reconciliation and payment to all benefits providers. Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations regarding benefits plans, policies, and enrollment processes. Investigate and resolve employee issues by liaising with benefit vendors and internal teams, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and timely resolution. Assist in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans to educate employees on their benefits options, open enrollment periods, and any program updates. Assist in updating and maintaining internal benefits policy, process guides, and resources on the company intranet. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve benefits operations for greater efficiency and a better employee experience. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR, Benefits Operations, Insurance Broker, or a related C&B / HR Operations role. Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with a variety of benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, etc.) is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and departments. Problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues systematically. Fluency in English / Chinese (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. Education
