Pre Sales Engineer

About the role

Pre Sales Engineer at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving the company's success. This is a full‑time position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, where you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our products and services.

Providing pre‑sales support, including preparing bills of materials, proposals and technical specifications.

Maintaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio and the latest industry trends.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a pre‑sales or technical sales role in the Information & Communication Technology industry.

Good technical knowledge and understanding of IT solutions, such as server / storage, security, software licensing, etc.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long‑lasting relationships with clients.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
