Clerk of Work - M&E

Job Requirement :

• Responsible for all inspection and supervisory of M&E works at site
• Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance to approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and Safety Measures
• Ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works meet the required standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors & project team at site
• Attend all inspection and testing carried out by contractor, record clearly and keep all documents, reports and results and non-compliance to superior and issue Site Memo to contractors
• Ensure site progress and all M&E works must be completed by contractors within deadline requirements
• Ensure that work at the site is effectively coordinated
• Liaise with project team member, including contractors, sub-contractors and authorities on all site matters and interfacing works
• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Engineering Field
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
