Job descriptionBachelors' or Masters’ Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically, 8 years+ relevant Sales experience with proven sales account management. Industry experience with 5 years+ servicing applied market and food market. Key account management with proven performance to grow key customers. Knowledge of analytical and scientific instrument business is a bonus. Strong communicator and relations builder. Team player. This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to deliver order growth for the assigned territory.
- Ability to use sales tools, organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives.
- Promote and sell products and / or solutions to current or new customers / partners in a consultative approach and inform customers of new product introductions.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks / queries; actively build business opportunities.
- Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations.
- Collaborate with peers to define and leverage cross product business opportunities for growth in traditional and emerging markets.
- Actively develop product and application knowledge in order to drive sales.
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
