We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account & Finance to join our team at KAGAYAKU LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Seksyen 32, Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Head of Account & Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial accounting and reporting processes. This is a full‑time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you’ll be doing

• Submitting monthly e‑invoicing and preparing the sales report.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Providing financial reporting and analysis to support management decision‑making.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial support and guidance.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
• Preparing all documentation for audit purposes and assisting auditors in the audit process.
