Assistant Manager - Facility Management Head Office

Job descriptionCoordinate with contractors / suppliers and company management to finalize the refurbishment of new Branches (construction, electrical arrangement, flooring, setting office spaces / cubicles, ordering furniture etc.). Ensure the generators, safes, A / C machines, fire extinguishers etc. are purchased and properly maintained for Head Office and Branches. Order and distribute stationery and other supplies. Planning and executing security protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and property. Track and report security incidents and prepare incident reports as necessary. Manage and supervise mailroom activities, including receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries. Ensure on time lease renewals and be cost effective through negotiations. Ensure tagging of new assets acquired is done on time and accurately. Execute supplier invoice verification process is carried out accurately before it goes to the finance team for processing. Develop new policies and procedures to improve overall administration function of the organization, Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. A diploma or a higher qualification in in Facility Management / Procurement or related subject. Minimum 02 years of experience in Facility Management and administration in a similar organization (head office and 10-15 branches) would be an added advantage. Experience in handling construction / refurbishment of offices etc. Candidates should be able to travel independently to branch locations across the country.
